BSTI's surveillance campaign to collect samples in Bogra

As part of the series of operations across the country, surveillance operations have been conducted by the Bogra office of BSTI for the purpose of checking weights and measures and product packaging and quality control in Bogra district.
According to BSTI Bogra office sources, on January 24, 2024, a surveillance operation was conducted in different areas of Bogra district under the initiative of BSTI Divisional Office Rajshahi (Attachment Bogra). During the expedition, samples of various products were collected on the occasion of the holy month of Ramzan by visiting the showroom of Touch and Tech in Jaleshwaritla, Sadar.
Also in the same area are M/s Padma Foods, M/s Super Cake, Cake Garden and Enam Dai Ghar on Kabi Nazrul Road; The raids were conducted at M/s Fateh Ali Chanachur factory in Matidali area, Star Food in Jaleshwaritala, Rasna in Satmathar, Padma Drinking Water in Bisik Shilpanagari Bogra. During this time, warnings and suggestions are given regarding license acquisition and correction in non-compliant institutions.
The operation was conducted by the officers of BSTI Divisional Office Rajshahi (Attachment Bogra) Mr. Md. Mesbah-ul Hasan, Assistant Director (CM) and Mr. Md. Shah Alam Palash Khan, Inspector (Mt.).
Assistant Director (CM) in charge of BSTI Bogra Mesbah ul Hasan told Crime Diary and Goyenda Diary that such operations will continue in the interest of the public of the district.
